We are not in any way licensed therapists or psychologists. We are not able to guarantee any therapeutic results from this program. We recommend that you seek a licensed therapist or mental healthcare professional first and foremost. HOWEVER, we know firsthand that transformation is possible with this work and that the results you desire are possible if you commit yourself to the program.
We want you to receive as much value as possible in this program. However, we cannot offer refunds once you have committed to joining the program. This is because we have limited spaces and once you decide to join your spot is taken. And due to the nature of this type of work, we understand that feelings will arise that need to be acknowledged and heard. We are absolutely available at any time to talk with you should you feel you are not getting what you desire out of the work, and to support you in receiving as much as possible. We will be checking in with the group regularly to make sure everyone is feeling seen and heard, but it is also up to you to voice your desires and concerns.
We recommend making space for at least 3-5 hours per week in order to get the most from this course. That includes the 90-minute weekly call. This doesn’t mean you are “doing” something during that time, necessarily. It means leaving time for reflection, journaling, or meditation. Empty space to just stare at the night sky. We want you to give yourself the gift of unfilled time in order to allow your creativity the space to unfurl. Our deepest hope for you is that moving through this course feels like an exquisite gift to your creative muse and inner child.
We understand that not everyone is on an economically even footing. And we want to provide opportunities for those that need more support financially. We have scholarships available, and we encourage you to write to us and let us know a little bit about your desire and what you need and why. Start a conversation with us! You never know where it can lead.
YES! There is an opportunity for an optional 3-day immersion where we will take parts of this curriculum (as well as added surprises) and get the juicy goodness of being in-person together to explore. We will offer the option to join that 3-day immersion about halfway through the course. It will be open to all (even those who did not complete the online course) but those who sign up for the course will receive special pricing. Stay tuned!
The calls are currently scheduled for weekly Tuesdays at 5pm-6:30pm PST. Yes, they will be recorded and we will send them out within 48 hours. You have access to the teachings 6 months after our last call.
While we will not be offering one on one sessions for this group container we will be offering hot seat support 1x a month during our time together.
